Today I thought I would share my go to quick and easy breakfast if I am running late in the morning and need to get out of the door ASAP but making sure I have a good balanced breakfast to start the day.
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp muesli nuts
- 1/2 cut of oats
- Sliced fruit of my choice - I almost always go with strawberries, blueberries & a banana
Instructions:
1. Simply throw all ingredients in one bowl together, mix well & your done!
NO EXCUSES! One step! That is all it takes!
