Here is what you will need:
- 1 can of drained chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chill powered
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 baking sheet
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400C
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together chickpeas and olive oil
3. Toss in cumin, cayenne pepper and chili powered to season
4. Lay evenly across a baking pan lined with parchment paper
5. Place in the oven for 20 minutes
