This is a great on the go and post recovery workout snack! It is backed with protein and has all the nuts & nutrients needed for a full recovery! Here is what you will need:
- 3 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts
- Add in 2 tbsp dried fruit of your choice (I used raisins and cranberries)
Instructions:
1. Start with the wet ingredients, mix in a large bowl
2. Slowly add in dry ingredients until all are mixed in well
Here is what you will need:

3. Separate mixed batter into balls
4. Lastly, dip in melted dark chocolate if you desire!
5. Place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes
