This is such an easy recipe it should be illegal! It has great nutrients because it includes your greens, vegetables & protein in one quick and simple recipe!
Here is what you will need:
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 tomato diced
- A slash of balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat skillet to medium heat
2. Add a touch of olive oil and add your shrimp
3. Fry shrimp until golden
4. Add in the spinach and tomato for the last 2 minutes
5. Add a splash of vinegar
and your DONE!
