This recipe is so delicious and so easy to make! It is the perfect combination of healthy & spicy and it so filling that it holds me over for the afternoon.

Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 tbsp buffalo chicken sauce
- Salad of your choice (I used the pre-packaged Kale salad that you can get from any grocery store)
- 1 large skillet
Approximate macros:
Salad (2 cups):
Calories: 30
Fat: 0.4g
Carbs: 6g
Protein: 2 g
Chicken (1 breast):
Calories: 231
Fats: 5g
Carbs: 0g
Protein: 43.4 g
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350C
2. Place chicken breast in skillet with a light cooking spray or olive oil
3. Place chicken in the oven for 15 minutes
4. After 15 minutes, take chicken out of the oven and flip it over.
5. Season chicken with buffalo sauce before putting it back in the oven.
6. Leave in the oven for 15 more minutes.
7. Put the salad of your choice on the plate, place sliced chicken on top and finish it off with a drip of buffalo sauce.
