This is a GREAT dinner option! It is the perfect substitute for a greasy red meat burger. With BBQ season just around this corner this is a favourite that everyone in the family will love!
Here is what you will need:
- 3-4 turkey breasts (per 3-4 people)
- 1 tbsp honey dijon
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (of your choice)
- 1 tomato sliced
- 3-4 pickles sliced
- 1 leaf of lettuces
- 3-4 buns (I use weight watchers thin buns on 110 calories!)
Instructions:
1. Preheat BBQ to 350C
2. Place turkey breasts over heated grill and leave for 5 minutes
3. After 5 minutes, rotate breasts to the other side
4. Season the one cooked turkey breasts with honey dijon & BBQ sauce
5. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes
6. Flip & season the last side
7. Grill for another 5-8 minutes until turkey breasts are fully cooked all the way through
