Here is the recipe for Sunday's Smoothie of the week! I must say I tried this one and it is amazingly packed with antioxidants and green GOODNESS!
Here is what you will need:
- 1 cup of frozen berries (of your choice I use PC 4-Berry Blend)
- 1 1/2 cups of kale (I like to leave the stems on)
- 1 cup of egg whites (Yes, you can drink raw egg whites!)
- 2/3 cup of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
1. Blend all together!
and VOILA!
