What is a Super Bowl Party without some type of Nacho dish!? This recipe is a great appetizer for the big game on Sunday - it is snack size, small and does not create a huge mess that you have to clean up after the game. I have also tried to create an element of clean eating into this appetizer so it is guilt free (if you take out the cheese)! This creation was a VERY popular one in my house!
