Here is a low calorie recipe for Devilled Eggs, since the Christmas season is upon us I figured this is fitting.
Here we go - you will need:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt (greek yogurt works really well for texture)
Approximate Macros (per half):
Calories: 41
Total fat (g): 3.1
Cholesterol (mg): 94
Sodium (mg): 54
Total Carbs (g) 0.4
Protein (g): 2.8
Vitamin A (%): 2
Cacium (%): 1
Iron (%): 2
That is ALL! Easy & SUPER HEALTHY, right!?
Steps:
1. Add water to pot and bring to a boil
2. Add eggs and cook for 10 minutes on high

3. After 10 minutes remove from heat and take the shell off of the egg so it looks like...
4. Beautiful! Now we want to cut eggs in half length-wise like so...
5. Remove the soft yolk core (yellow stuff) and add to a separate bowl
6. In the bowl mix your plain yogurt and paprika with the yolk
