This New Years there was a focus on chips and dips served at the party. I decided to give my guests a healthier option for chips so I made Wonton Chips - these are super easy, they are baked and a lot healthier than the other competing nacho chips.
Here is what you will need:
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 sheet of parchment paper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325C
2. Cut the square wonton wrappers in half to create triangles (easier for dipping)
3. Place on parchment paper - it is important to make sure they are not touching
Here is what you will need:
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 4 tbsp of olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 325C

3. Glaze wonton wrappers in olive oil using a seasoning brush (does not have to be pretty)
4. Pop in the oven for 7 minutes - make sure to check on them because they bake fast!
VOILA! Perfectly baked Wonton Nacho Chip and the best part is they are stronger and hold the dip better!
