I have been meaning to put this recipe up for a while now. This is my go to healthy snack, I must go through 3 sweet potato's a week - they are so delicious and tasty when baked to perfection it is satisfies my fry cravings!
Total Time: 30 minutes
Preparation: 5 minutes
Baking: 25 minutes

Okay so lets do this! Here is what you will need:
1 peeled sweet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (for a little spicy-ness)
1 punch cumins
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
And that is it my friends!

Instructions!
1. Preheat oven to 350C
2. Drizzle & coat sweet potato with olive oil on baking pan
4. Season with cayenne pepper, cumins, black pepper and salt
5. Stick in the oven for 15 mins
6. Flip fries over and bake for another 10 mins
Easy as 1, 2 3!
