This is one of my all time favourite mid-day snacks or healthy appetizer to serve guests. It is organic & clean only made with 3 ingredients! Also completely paleo friendly as well bonus!
Here is what you will need:
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 onion
- 1 small tomato
Instructions:
1. Simply remove skin from avocado and slice into large pieces & place in serving bowl
2. Dice the onion finely and add to mixture
3. Dice tomato into cubic pieces and add to bowl

4. Using a knife, dice the guacamole making sure all veggies are evenly distributed
and VOILA! Easy as 1-4! For a healthy option, use korean pops or rice cakes instead of chips! Toasted tortillas also create a nutritious snack!
