REALLY REALLY Excited to share one of my favourite morning smoothies with ya'll! It is the perfect way to set up your morning for success! All you need is a blender and a few ingredients as below! Hope you guys love this one!
Here is what you will need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (or greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 3 tbsp of milk
- Pinch of ginger
- 1 tsp ground clovers
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Toss all ingredients into a large blender
2. Puree together
and VOILA! A great morning smoothie that has flavour, nutrients & is chai infused!
