Working within a school environment - I first handedly know the importance of healthy snacks for children especially during the day. They need brain power people!! Hence, I have come up with a SUPER easy snack option that every child will love! It is bit sized snack that is refreshingly tasty!
Here is what you will need:
- Rice paper
- 1/2 a sliced cucumber
- 1 carrot stick sliced
Instructions:
1. Soak rice paper in warm water for 30 seconds to 1 minute
2. Carefully slice carrots and cucumber length wise and place them on soaked rice paper

3. Lastly, rolle rice paper burrito style. Be careful the rice paper can be very delicate. Personally I really suck at this part and they aren't the prettiest but who cares!? There healthy right!?!?
